Discuss the four phases of the Visual Ethnographic Process (see Visual Ethnography Scheme (.pdf)) as you move from Preliminary Research to Recording to Editing & Analysis and finally to Montage. This session will help you transition into the Recording phase with a focus on Social Interaction, Learning, Observation, Exploration & Cinematography in the field.
